REFUND POLICY

At this time WaffleHouzz only offers refunds in the form of store credit unless the item is defective.  We take the time to thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped to ensure you are satisfied with your selected item(s).  Returns will be accepted within 14days of the date of delivery (or upon receipt of your order for local sales).  SALE, CLEARANCE, EXCLUSIVE items are ALL FINAL SALE rendering those items ineligible for returns.  Please note that some shoes are of a limited run therefore it may be a one of one.  We will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience here. If there is any issue please communicate with us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

 

RETURN POLICY

In the event that a return is initiated, please take a picture of the item(s) detailing any defects you have found. Send those in an email so that we may review the issue and attempt to resolve it immediately. If the item is cleared for return, please include all tags (attached) and any accessory items.  Returns will only be accepted on unused/ unworn items.  Please ship with care by securing the product in a proper shipping component (envelope or box).  Not doing so may cause for your refund to be denied and product returned.  Upon processing, you will be provided online store credit in an amount equal to the amount of the item/s returned (deducting the shipping fee).  You will be provided a shipping label upon request of the return.
