Refund and Returns

At this time WaffleHouzz only offer refunds in the form of store credit unless the item is defective.  We take the time to thoroughly inspect each item to the best of our ability before it is shipped to ensure quality products are fulfilled.  In the event that an item(s) managed to slip through, RETURNS will be accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery (or 7 days after your personal inspection if the item(s) is sold in a local sale).  SALE, CLEARANCE, EXCLUSIVE items are ALL FINAL SALE rendering those items ineligible for returns.  Please note that some styles are of a limited run and therefore may be a one of one.  We will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience here. Once an item is accepted for return, you will be provided online store credit in an amount equal to the amount of the item(s) returned (deducting the shipping fee).  Please allow at 2 to 3 days for processing as though we may issue the refund, it may take the bank longer to process.  

In the event that a return is initiated, please take a picture of the item(s) detailing any defects you have found. Send those in an email so that we may review the issue and attempt to resolve it immediately. If the item is cleared for return, please include all tags (attached) and any accessory items.  Returns will only be accepted on unused/ unworn items.  Please ship with care by securing the product in a proper shipping component (envelope or box).  Not doing so may cause for your refund to be denied and product returned.  Upon processing, you will be provided online store credit in an amount equal to the amount of the item/s returned (deducting the shipping fee).  You will be provided a shipping label upon request of the return.
